Documents needed firm foundation

What are the documents to be filed for your company's registration with the Trade:

  • Application (form NTC)
  • Reservation of company name (in state or nationwide)
  • Articles of Incorporation (certified by a lawyer or notary public) must be cleared to prepare which, mandatory:
    - The main business;
    - Secuntar object of activity;
    - Company name (with reservation number issued by the NTC);
    - Partners / directors of the company;
    - Contribution to the capital of each of the partners;
  • Fiscal records of the owners and administrators of each company
  • Contract loan / lease of the space where the head office
  • The association of owners / occupiers
  • Neighbors Agreement (the residents)
  • Copy of property deed of the registered office
  • Copy of ID / Passport associates
  • Specimen signature of the manager (s) Company
  • Declarations of business associates (authenticated)
  • Associate attorney for the person authorized to submit the file to the NTC (authenticated)
  • Proof of capital deposit in the bank chosen by firm associates
  • Statement (Form NTC) signed by one of the associates (model statement associated with / without on-site activity)
  • Vector Tax - Appendix 1
  • Other documents (if applicable):
    - In case of change of name / street number is required and a competency certificate from City Hall (cadastral office)
    - adverinta for students who meet all the conditions and want to receive legal facilities are offered
