Acts necessary to establish firm
What are the documents that must be filed to register your company to ONCR:
- Application (Form NTC)
- Reservation of company name (in the county or nationwide)
- Articles of Incorporation (certified by a lawyer or notary public) which must be cleared in preparation, as binding:
- The main business;
- Secuntar object of activity;
- Company name (with reservation number issued by the NTC);
- Associates / administrators of the company;
- Contribution to the capital of each of the partners; - Fiscal records of each of the associations and company directors
- Loan agreement / rental of space where its registered office is established
- Granted to owners / tenants
- Neighbors Agreement (riparian)
- Copy of the property of the registered office
- Copy of IC / Passport associates
- Specimen signature of the manager (administrator) company
- Statements of business associates (authenticated)
- Associate attorney for the person empowered to deposit the file to the NTC (authenticated)
- Proof of capital deposit to the bank chosen by firm associates
- Statement (Form NTC) signed by one of the partners (model statement associated with / without on-site activity)
- Vector Tax - Annex 1
- Other documents (if applicable):
- When changing the name / street number is required and a certificate issued by the City jurisdiction (land office)
